Construction is Underway at Leonard's Wharf
Construction is underway in New Bedford, MA to rebuild and expand Leonard’s Wharf on the central waterfront. Scope of work includes installation of 1,500LF bulkhead, toe pins, dredging, backfill and compaction of the proposed 19,000SF bulkhead extension, fendering system and utility upgrades.
The project kicked off in May 2025 and is slated for completion by November 2026 and once finished, the updated facility will handle vessels involved in wind turbine installation and upkeep ,alongside offering essential extra mooring spots for the local fishing fleet.

Henrik has been a valued member of CMCLLC since 2021, bringing with him extensive expertise in managing complex heavy civil and marine projects throughout the New England region. His distinguished career also includes international experience in Jamaica, Norway, and Denmark, broadening his perspective and strengthening his leadership capabilities.

We are Boston’s leading marine construction company for demolition, pile driving, earth support, bridge, pier and deck construction, diving services, and marine salvage. CMCLLC owns numerous barges, cranes, tugboats, and other extensive equipment which enables us to self-preform all our work. Our capabilities include pouring concrete forms, installing rebar, underwater dive operations, timber work, marine salvage, installing cofferdams, piles, & sheets, installation of precast concrete, pile jacket installation & repair, construction & installation of floating docks, underwater blasting, and all facets of revetment & pier construction. We take pride in completing our projects safely, on budget, and on schedule.
