Henrik has been a valued member of CMCLLC since 2021, bringing with him extensive expertise in managing complex heavy civil and marine projects throughout the New England region. His distinguished career also includes international experience in Jamaica, Norway, and Denmark, broadening his perspective and strengthening his leadership capabilities.
In addition, Henrik proudly served as a First Lieutenant in The Royal Life Guards (Denmark), where he commended a platoon of mechanized Infantry and completed consecutive years of annual duty. His military background instilled discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities that continue to define his career.
In his new role, Henrik will oversee CMCLLC’s talented team of Project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership. He will be Instrumental in advancing the professional growth of our junior project managers, helping them reach the next level of excellence. Henrik will also work closely with our clients, bringing his attention to detail, exceptional client relations, and Intelligence to every project.
As the company continues to experience considerable growth, Henrik will play a pivotal role in driving forward CMCLLC’s core goals: delivering projects on schedule, on time, and on budget. His leadership will ensure that we maintain the highest standards of performance, safety, and client satisfaction across all operations.
